Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Who We Are

Rosetta Educational Designs, LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Rosetta Marketing Designs, operates rosettamarketingdesigns.com.

In this Policy, “RMD,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company.

This Policy explains how we handle personal information associated with our website, inquiries, free reviews, onboarding, business communications, and client services.

Our Terms and Conditions address website use. Separate client agreements govern paid services and may establish additional confidentiality and data-handling obligations.

2. Information You Provide

Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive:

  • Your name, business name, role, email address, and telephone number.

  • Information about your website, services, business goals, marketing, and inquiry process.

  • Responses to forms, surveys, review requests, and onboarding questions.

  • Messages, documents, and other materials you choose to share.

  • Appointment details and communication preferences.

  • Information needed to prepare proposals, administer agreements, issue invoices, and record payments.

Please provide only information relevant to your request or engagement.

You retain ownership of submitted materials. Providing information does not transfer ownership to RMD or give us unrestricted permission to publish it.

3. Information From Other Sources

We may receive business contact information through referrals, professional introductions, public business websites, directories, or other business sources.

We may use that information to research a business, respond to an introduction, or make a relevant professional inquiry, subject to applicable law and communication preferences.

During a client engagement, we may also receive information from systems or providers the client authorizes us to access.

4. Website Information and Cookies

Our website, hosting environment, and embedded tools may collect technical information when you visit or interact with them.

Depending on the tools enabled, this may include:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it.

  • Browser, device, and operating-system information.

  • Pages visited, referring pages, and interaction timestamps.

  • Website events, such as opening a form or clicking a link.

  • Security, error, and diagnostic information.

Cookies and similar technologies may support website functionality, preferences, usage measurement, and campaign measurement. Where advertising tools are enabled, those tools may also support advertising-related measurement or targeting.

Not every technology is active on every page. The information collected depends on the website’s configuration and the tools you use.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy controls offered on the website. Blocking cookies may affect some features.

Where applicable law requires consent or additional controls for a particular technology, we will provide them.

5. How We Use Information

We use information as reasonably needed to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.

  • Conduct Free Lead Generation Reviews.

  • Prepare proposals and establish client engagements.

  • Complete onboarding and deliver agreed services.

  • Organize contacts, appointments, and follow-up.

  • Administer billing, payments, and business records.

  • Maintain and improve website functionality and security.

  • Understand website and campaign performance.

  • Send communications permitted by your preferences and applicable law.

  • Meet legal obligations and address disputes or misuse.

We do not treat visiting the website as blanket permission for unrelated uses of your personal information.

6. Free Reviews and Onboarding

Information submitted for a Free Lead Generation Review is used to understand your business, conduct the review within its stated scope, deliver it, and communicate with you about your request.

Requesting a review does not obligate you to purchase services or automatically enroll you in a recurring promotional email or text-message program.

Onboarding information is used to establish and administer the applicable client engagement.

We use non-public business information for purposes associated with your request or agreed services. We obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable private submissions in public testimonials, case studies, or promotional materials.

7. Email, Telephone, and Text Communications

Responses and Service Communications

When you contact us, request a review, arrange a meeting, or become a client, we may communicate with you about that activity.

These communications may include responses, review delivery, appointment information, project updates, invoices, and other messages needed to administer your request or engagement.

Promotional Communications

We may send promotional communications when you subscribe, provide the required permission, or another lawful basis permits the communication.

Submitting an ordinary inquiry or review request does not automatically subscribe you to an ongoing promotional program.

You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the instructions in the message or by contacting info@rosettamktg.com.

Opting out of promotional messages does not necessarily stop communications needed to administer an active agreement.

Text Messages

Where text messaging is offered, the applicable signup notice identifies the purpose of the messages and any relevant messaging terms.

Consent to promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

You can opt out of an automated text-message program by replying STOP or contacting us. For assistance, reply HELP where supported or use the contact information below. Message frequency depends on the program or service, and carrier message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share text-message opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process that information as needed to deliver communications on our behalf.

Recordings

If a call or meeting is recorded, we provide notice and obtain permission as required by applicable law.

Permission to record a conversation does not automatically authorize public or promotional use of the recording.

8. Service Providers and Information Sharing

We use service providers to support business functions. Depending on the activity, they may include providers of:

  • Website hosting, security, and backups.

  • Forms, scheduling, CRM, and communication tools.

  • Email and text-message delivery.

  • Document storage, collaboration, and business software.

  • Payment processing and accounting.

  • Analytics and campaign measurement.

Our website uses HighLevel/LeadConnector tools for embedded forms and related functions. Information submitted through those tools may be processed within the provider’s systems on our behalf.

Providers receive information needed for their role, subject to applicable agreements and requirements. Our use of a provider does not transfer ownership of your submitted materials to that provider.

We may also disclose information:

  • To authorized team members, contractors, or advisers who need it for your request or engagement.

  • At your direction or with your permission.

  • When required by law, a valid legal process, or an applicable reporting obligation.

  • When reasonably necessary and legally permitted to address fraud, security incidents, misuse, or threats to rights or safety.

  • In connection with a proposed or completed business transfer, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.

We do not sell or rent the contact information you submit through inquiries, free reviews, or onboarding for another business’s independent marketing.

9. Payment Information

When a payment provider is used, it processes payment details under its applicable terms and privacy disclosures.

RMD may receive transaction confirmations and information needed for invoicing, reconciliation, and business records.

Please use the designated payment process rather than sending full payment-card information through ordinary website forms or email.

10. Information Handled for Clients

During an engagement, RMD may access or process information about a client’s customers, prospective customers, students, or other contacts.

Where we act on a client’s behalf, we handle that information according to the client’s instructions, the applicable agreement, and legal requirements. The client’s privacy notice generally explains the purposes for which the client collects and uses that information.

If your request concerns information held in a client’s system, contact that organization directly. You may also contact us so we can help identify the appropriate organization or route the request.

This Policy does not authorize unrestricted use of client contact information for RMD’s independent marketing.

11. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You can contact us to request:

  • Access to or a copy of personal information we hold about you.

  • Correction of inaccurate information.

  • Deletion of information that we are not required or otherwise permitted to retain.

  • Changes to your communication preferences.

  • Withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent.

  • Other rights available under applicable privacy law.

Send requests to info@rosettamktg.com.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. We will request only information reasonably needed for that verification.

We respond within the time required by applicable law. Where a request cannot be fully fulfilled, we will explain the relevant limitation and any available next steps.

We will not penalize you for exercising privacy rights protected by applicable law.

12. Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account:

  • The nature of your request or engagement.

  • Ongoing service and communication needs.

  • Accounting, tax, and other legal requirements.

  • Dispute resolution and recordkeeping obligations.

  • Security and fraud-prevention needs.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or otherwise dispose of it appropriately.

Deletion requests may be subject to lawful retention requirements. Deletion from backups may follow the applicable backup lifecycle rather than occur immediately.

Retained backup information remains subject to appropriate protections and is not used to restart promotional communications you have opted out of.

13. Security and Sensitive Information

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect personal information and limit access according to business need.

No website, communication method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Our public inquiry, review, and onboarding forms are intended for business information. Please do not submit medical records, patient details, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through those forms.

Where an engagement requires access to sensitive information or systems, appropriate access methods, responsibilities, safeguards, and agreements must be established for that engagement.

This general website Policy does not replace specialized privacy notices or agreements required for particular types of data.

14. Children’s Information

Our public website and business inquiry forms are intended for adult business users and authorized organizational representatives.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through these public forms.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Information processed for an education or other client is addressed through the applicable engagement and legal requirements.

15. Third-Party Websites and Processing Locations

Our website may link to independent third-party websites. Their privacy policies govern information you provide directly to them for their own purposes.

This is different from providers processing information on RMD’s behalf, whose role is described in this Policy.

RMD is based in Washington State. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations, depending on their systems and services.

Where applicable law requires additional protections for processing or transferring information, those requirements apply.

16. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy as our website, services, data practices, or applicable requirements change.

The revised Policy and its updated date will appear on this page. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.

Publishing an updated Policy does not by itself authorize a new use of information for which separate consent or another legal basis is required.
